If something in Loved is not working, or you want to ask about your account, write to support@treeoflife-mindsetcoaching.com and a person will answer you.

If the app will not sign you in

Close the app fully and open it again. If it still will not let you in, email the address above with the email you signed up with, and we will look at the account itself.

If a session will not start, or the voice will not play

Turn the volume up while the app is open and something is playing. That is a separate level from the one you set on the home screen, and it is the usual answer. The ring and silent switch is not it: Loved is built to keep playing with your phone on silent, so flicking that switch will not change anything either way. If it is still quiet, check whether headphones or a speaker are still connected, because the sound may be playing somewhere you are not. If a session stops partway, leave the app and come back to it: the work you had already done is saved, and nothing you brought is lost.

Your subscription

Apple takes the payment and Apple holds the subscription, so it is managed in your iPhone settings under your Apple Account, not inside Loved. That is also where you cancel, and where you ask for a refund. We cannot take a payment or give a refund on Apple's behalf.

Deleting your account

Settings has a control named "Delete my account and everything in it." It hard-deletes your work and then deletes your sign-in account, so your email address goes too. It does what it says, and there is no way back from it. If you would rather we did it for you, email the address above from the account you want deleted.

What Loved is, and is not

Loved is a companion to a mindset practice. It is not therapy, not a medical device, and not a crisis service. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country. The app will also stop and point you to real help if what you write suggests you are in crisis.
