Loved is a companion to a mindset practice. You bring what you are carrying, and the app helps you listen to it, find the belief underneath, and choose a truer one. That only works if what you write is treated with care. This page says plainly what happens to it.

What is stored

Your account (an email address, through our sign-in provider Clerk), and the work you make in the app: what you bring, the beliefs you trace, the truths and resets you keep, your ratings, the evidence and details you add, any lines you record in your own voice, and your practice history. It is stored so the app can read it back to you, which is the practice.

What the AI sees

The guided parts of the practice send your words to Anthropic (the AI provider) to generate the conversation, and to ElevenLabs to speak your kept truths aloud. When you record a line in your own voice, the recording is sent to ElevenLabs to write down the words you said. Each provider uses what it receives only to produce that result. We keep a usage ledger of counts, timing, and cost. That ledger never contains your words.

What the subscription sees

If you subscribe, RevenueCat handles the purchase on our behalf and tells us one thing: whether your subscription is active. They receive your account identifier and the purchase itself. They never receive anything you write or say in the practice. Payment is taken by Apple, and refunds are Apple's to give.

What is not done

Your writing is not sold, not shared, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models by us. There are no ads and no trackers.

Deleting your account

Settings has a control named "Delete my account and everything in it." It hard-deletes your work from the database, not a soft hide, and then deletes your sign-in account with Clerk, so the email address goes too. Nothing is kept back except the usage ledger described above, which holds counts and cost and never held your words. It does what it says, and there is no way back from it.

Crisis

The app watches for signs of crisis and, when it sees them, stops the exercise and points to real help. It is a practice companion, not a medical device, not therapy, and not a crisis service.
